Made this for WMCR potluck. Didn't measure dressing ingredients, just eyeballed and made most of a 1-cup Mason jar full. It was reasonably popular and tasty. I think in the future, I'd want some stronger flavor (some pepper? more gochujang?), more crunch (more apple? sesame seeds?), and maybe do kale instead of red cabbage (shredding was easy in the food processor but then I have to clean it). Would be a good work lunch. Even better after a few days!
