Drastically changed the filling ingredients to what I had on hand and to make it vegan (shredded seitan, carrot, shallot, radish greens, garlic, ginger) but used the same seasoning. Precooked some of the veg although the radish greens were still a bit crunchy so will leave those out next time.
Used 3 large coffee mugs and was able to stack 6 or 8 wrappers in each (didn't count). Since they were bigger I steamed them for 20 minutes and it turned out great. I poured 1/3 c of veg broth in each cup before steaming
Next time I want to try a larger tray and to steam it in a frying pan.
