The ai wasn't great on this recipe so instructions were confusing at times, or misleading. I'm guessing this is from a cookbook because I can't find the original online. This may be better to use as guidance and you add your own flair, proportions etc to make it your own. I followed as best I could though (tahini version) and it came out well!
