Great Tiramisu flavor and texture!
I doubled the recipe because the tub of Mascarpone and heavy cream don't come in the measurements in the recipe. 1 pint of cream, 8 oz Mascarpone.
I also added about 2 Tbsp brewed espresso, 1 tsp ground espresso, and 2 Tbsp coffee liqueur to the dip to take it over the top.
Served with Piacelli Tiramisu Speciale lady fingers.
