Variations:
Cranberry feta rolls – mix 8 oz cream cheese, 1 C feta cheese, 1 pkg craisens, ¼ C green onions together and roll on flour tortillas. If desired, add sliced ham. Roll up, slice and serve.
Roast beef horseradish rolls – mix 8 oz cream cheese, 2 green onions, ½ C fresh chopped parsley, 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish, ¼ tsp garlic powder together. Spread on flour tortillas. Add sliced roast beef and roll up, slice and serve.
