These are delicious and easy. They do need to cool off a bit before you can easily pick them up and eat them. I did have one leftover and reheated the next day in the oven but the crispness was lost :(. I did like the oil sprayer that Natasha used and will look into something like that. I used the brand of tomatoes that Natasha recommended and would probably do that again - they gave a very mild bite.
