← Replies in Mexican Beef and Rice Recipe

I hate cooking and I'm not very good at it, either. But this recipe was so easy, and it made a ton of food! I used ground turkey instead of beef, beef broth instead of chicken, 2 packets of low sodium taco seasoning, low sodium black beans, corn, can of green chillies, 2 cups of jasmine rice, and a bag of frozen peppers and onions. I forgot to take a picture, though, and cooking times were off.

So glad you are trying! Keep it up! We were all beginners at one time, or lots of times. I still remember the first batch of "no bake cookies" that's where I started. Then my first soup, my first salad, my first batch of bread, my first roast beef didn't happen until after I was married. And I just did another "first", lentil tofu!
