So glad you are trying! Keep it up! We were all beginners at one time, or lots of times. I still remember the first batch of "no bake cookies" that's where I started. Then my first soup, my first salad, my first batch of bread, my first roast beef didn't happen until after I was married. And I just did another "first", lentil tofu!
