My dough was not very firm, and my first batch spread a lot (the lighter cookie on top in the picture). I put 9 cookies in each time and I put the dough in the fridge while they were baking. I made 3x 9 cookies + 5 cookies at the end, and the longer the dough was in the fridge, the more firm it got, and the cookies spread less. I also let them get more brown. Overall it was a good cookie, it has a meringue like texture, crispy and light on the outside, chewy on the inside. Really good texture and sweet (maybe a bit too sweet for me cause I used raisins instead of chocolate chips). Only problem is I can taste the weird chickpea liquid. It's subtle, but it's kinda stinky. Maybe next time I'll try a different brand, or even put less in it, or maybe slightly more vanilla extract, I don't know. But I will be making this again.
