I used ghee, chicken thighs, 4 cloves of garlic, coconut milk, and both fenugreek powder and the dried leaf for about 2 tsp total. Also turmeric for color. Best butter chicken recipe I've made! Salt needed adjusting. Pretty quick and easy.
