I am new to baking and slightly overcooked it but that's a me problem! Delicious regardless. The food thing about blueberries is their juice seeps into the cake so even if you slightly overcooked it, it's still fairly moist. I also substituted buttermilk with milk (left out of the fridge for 30 min with a hint of lemon juice in it to mimic buttermilk) because apparently buttermilk is difficult to find, even though it's pancake Tuesday in a few days 🫠
