I boiled some leftover butternut squash and then puréed it. Used a variety of sausages, chilli & leek, turkey & Cumberland. Added the dried thyme, sage, garlic plus half a red onion and fennel to the sausage mix. Then the puree and stock. I used leftover cheese sauce from yesterday's roast instead of the cream. I'm planning to bake it in the oven later. It tastes delicious.
