Cooked closer to 45mins else it was too wobbly, but otherwise it's excellent. I used quick oats, maple syrup, frozen blueberries, and 2 eggs instead of 1 for extra protein. No nuts b/c allergies, but next time I will try it with dried unsweetened coconut mixed in. Kids loved it as is, and also with plain Greek yogurt for breakfast. Will def make this again!
