Interesting, but definitely dessert. You would expect the cream to curdle with the cola, but it doesn't. I don't use vodka, though. It doesn't add anything but alcohol. I'll use a nice, funky rum or brandy, sometimes rye, but I'm not big on vodka. But I will say this: one of these is delicious, but plenty.
