Tasted so good, guests kept asking for more! I made the sauce according to the recipe, but subbed plum jam with honey and sour plum powder.
For 8 pax, I used:
1 apple
1 carrot
1 cucumber
4 mandarins
70g yellow pickled daikon
a handful pickled red ginger
8 crab meat sticks
240g jellyfish
200g salmon/yellowtail(cheaper) sashimi
a handful of coriander
a handful of crushed roasted beans (peanut alt.)
2 packs noodle snack (wonton alt.)
half pack salted crisps
