This was a good recipe. I contemplating toasting the Sesame seeds. Maybe I can toast some of them next time. I was really worried about this bread, but since you make Brown's butter, a lot of the liquid evaporates. The spread wasn't too bad. I ended up doing 2 oz per cookie and I probably could have made them closer together. The Chew is just right : Not too much to and not without chew either.
