It was really good! The only thing I will add is that this does not feed four. It is more like two people, and that is counting my wife who doesn't eat whole lot. It made 4 so we each had two. I could have easily done a third.

It was sooooo good! But I would say that this recipe serves two (and my wife doesn't eat all that much and there was just enough for the two of us, and honestly, I could have eaten another).
