Very tasty! I had never made stuffed peppers before so this is my first attempt and it was very successful.. But I doubt I will make it very often. Not that it was hard, but just didn’t seem as filling as I thought it would be. Next time I’ll plan ahead and maybe have a salad on the side. All in all, it was very good and quick and easy.
