I cooked 1lb ground pork with my homemade sausage seasoning, then I cooked 1lb beef with the onion and garlic. I used half of each and saved the other halves for the next time I make lasagna. I used oven ready noodles and did not cook them ahead of time, and 48 oz of sauce to compensate. I didn't buy quite enough ricotta and supplemented with cottage cheese. Amazing.
