Very easy recipe, that looks impressive. I will admit the ingredients list is a bit specialist, but I love these flavours.
🍒l love the macerated cherries. Mixing cherries in sherry vinegar, Kirsch and sugar is something I will keep in my back pocket for future recipes. May try defrosted cherries next time. 🍒
The recipe edits for clarity: I used a 25cm cake tin and 'cherry juice' refers to the little bit of maraschino cherry liquid you are told to set aside. It was a confusing detail.
