I have so far only made the Nutella mousse part of this recipe because I'm testing out different mousses for an upcoming birthday cake. It is delicious (!!) but quite soft, so I wouldn't get too fancy with the decorating as it probably couldn't hold up much weight. Be sure to whip the cream for the mousse to stiff peaks before folding in the chocolate, not soft peaks. Absolutely delicious though - I'd totally make just the mousse alone in the future for an easy pudding!
