Easy
This was delicious! Not too sweet, very dense and moist style cake. I followed the recipe exactly using the weight measurements, but I cut the recipe in half and used a 6” round cake pan. I added 1 tsp espresso powder with the cocoa. Instead of using heavy cream in the frosting I used baileys. Under the frosting layer I added a Jameson whisky ganache. Would definitely make this again. Perfect for st patty’s day!
