Such a basic pic. Full of flavor. Hard to discern but the darkest bits are the balsamic onions and we chose street taco sized flour tortillas rather than corn. I added tomatoes because I have a soul. And there is nothing in this world that can’t be improved by the addition of a fresh sliced Roma tomato.😉
