Note: You’ll need two pots as my Dutch oven was not big enough for the soup to be brought to a boil.
Other notes: Added 3 cups of corn, used two large russet potatoes (peeled), added tons more salt and smoked paprika, put cheese and bacon and green onion on top along with toasted sourdough bread. Tyler thought it was SO delicious. Callan doesnt like it.
It is a lot of work though and requires lots of dishes to be done throughout cooking.
