Here’s a sub for the cashew cream- mascarpone, blend or strain Ricotta (to lessen graininess), or Cream Cheese Blend (Best All-Around): Blend 8 oz cream cheese, ¼ cup sour cream, and ¼ cup heavy cream until smooth, Cream Cheese & Cream: Mix 1 cup softened cream cheese with 2-3 tbsp heavy cream for a simpler mix.
Cream cheese is a bit tangier & lower fat then mascarpone.
