This is a great combination of flavors and textures for a meatloaf meal. I went with others and mixed in some bread crumbs and also used fresh garlic. I decided if broccoli was going to be part of this it wasn't going to be frozen microwave broccoli on the side. I swapped it out for a fresh small crown of broccoli chopped, mixed in, and cooked in the meatloaf. It turned out fantastic!
