Doubled the recipe & it turned out really good! Split into one loaf & 14 cupcakes.
Used 100 g fresh ground white wheat, 50 g oat flour (ground up oats), 100 g AP flour. Did half Greek yogurt & half sour cream. Used melted coconut oil. Also did 200 g sugar (which is less then recipe) Added some cinnamon but not enough. Put cocoa nibs & less choc chips (maybe 1/4 & 3/4 of recipe?). Did little extra zucchini. Poured half into loaf pan, then added shredded coconut for the cupcakes.
