Made for easter dinner was good had a nice herbal hint to it with a nice crust and slightly earthly tone especially after applying a teaspoon of black truffle olive oil to the top and I have to say it was very shred-able and was very tender but still slightly firm enough to cut into slices but was difficult to achieve as it could not stop peeling while I was trying to hold it down while cutting it also had a slightly sweet beefy taste to it idk let me know if you'll try it

Also one more thing I used a corn beef brisket so that should explain why it was so tender and shred-able but use what feels best the reason as to why I had to use a corn beef brisket was because the shelves at the grocery store was empty probably because people were preparing for easter day and making occasions with their families so I had to improvise
