Wish I got a picture of the inside of the cake. Splendid recipe. The cake was moist, the crumble was crunchy and tastes very similar to those classic ice-cream bars, and the frosting complimented it well. I guess I could’ve used a bit more strawberry flavor though. Aside from that, amazing cake everyone loved it and thought it was adorable.
