These were very tasty! I was actually surprised at the size of the finished cookie. Very crumbly even after following the cooling possess to the T. They pretty much melt in your mouth! Other than having to make my own powdered sugar… lol… (deffinately a first for me!) they were pretty easy to make and bake. But will not be a go-to recipe. Tasty but too many negatives for me.
