I’ve made only the cake base to try a new sponge cake recipe. I don’t know if it’s the recipe or how i’ve done it, but I’ve finally succed at baking a sponge cake ! It was very nice and easy to bake. One strange thing is that at the bottom of the cake, a jelly like layer appared. But besides that, it was very good !
