Very tasty, made a nice change from a leaf salad, but still had crunch, too much red cabbage for 1. Added juice from 1/2 lime to dressing and reduced rice vinegar, maybe more lime juice next time and add chicken juices from pan to dressing as well (reduce oil if necessary), could go a little spicier too. Would probably make a main meal with a bed of carbs. Try veg on griddle next time?
