Made it with Trader Joe’s enchilada sauce and her shredded chicken recipe- delicious! Also used corn tortillas and baked it, which was the way to go 👌🏻 Want to try adding black beans next time
Added 16oz black beans to 1 1/2 lb shredded chicken and portions were perfect with 1 jar of the TJ sauce!
