MAKE THE HONEY ROASTED PECANS:
1. In a small bowl whisk 2 tsps honey with a teaspoon of water.
2. Toss 1/2 Cup of Pecans in the honey mixture to coat, then spread out on the cookie sheet with parchment paper.
3. Sprinkle the nuts with 1 tsp turbinado sugar and 1/4 tsp salt.
4. Roast for 10-12 minutes at
300° F or until golden brown.
5. Allow the nuts to rest and for 3-5 minutes before breaking up (if necessary).
