My grated zucchini and apples were more like shredded than grated because I didn't have a proper grater. I didn't have self-raising flour, so in order to make my own .I added three teaspoons of bacon powder and a half a teaspoon of salt to 2 cups of all purpose flour. When I mixed all the ingredients together it didn't quite turn out into that thick of a paste so I add a little bit more flour and baking powder. If you do this , just make sure you don't add too much taking powder. Use about 1 to1.5 teaspoon of baking powder per one cup of flour. Overall , I'd say it turned out pretty good.
