This was great! I've been getting a ground pork and beef blend from the store lately, and this was the perfect use for it. Tender meat, perfect veggies. I did use a jar of pre-made sauce and a can of crushed tomatoes, but if didn't affect the depth of flavor. Fantastic with hand made papardelle.
