Pretty good bit needs tweaking a bit.
Sauteed in butter/oil mix, total about 15 min till good and soft.
Used sweet onion instead of red.
Added a tad of better than bouillon for extra flavor (chicken and roasted garlic).
Lots of parm, added at the end otherwise it'll melt and if the pan is too hot the cheese will get stringy.
Served alongside meatball subs
