Made a double batch my first time out with this one, went heavy on the sugar as offered by the recipe, also added 1/2C Semisweet chocolate chips and 1/2C Chopped Walnuts per loaf. Went light on the mixing to avoid over-mixing then cooked as suggested and it came out perfect. Served with a bit of cream cheese to balance out the sweetness of the banana bread and the bitter of the chocolate
