Made doubled the recipe for the sauce and used 2-3 Tbs honey instead of brown sugar and coconut cream instead of coconut milk, plus a little extra lime juice ( 1.5 limes). I let the sauce simmer and added a little extra flour to thicken it. Also made it to go over white rice and sautéd onions, jalapeño peppers, and fresh sweet corn. It's also good with black beans and topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
