← Replies in Lentil Mushroom Stew over Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Cooked in instapot on beans for 10 min after saute everything before beans and broth. Green lentils from Aldi. Perfect cook. Hmmmm... mashed potatoes seem too mushy, maybe roasted potatoes or toast with cooked spinach. Needs another texture. Also, my family does NOT like thyme. Next time, try Italian seasoning or just oregano. (Used 1 tsp thyme, 1 Tbs oregano for 6 servings this time. )

What's not to like about thyme? It is in every Italian seasoning and doubled in pizza seasoning. I would think that the oregano would be a little strong though. 🤔 That is a lot of oregano... Unless everyone has a cold...
