Meatballs didn't exactly browned for me in the oven until I quickly stir fried them on a pan, I would go with stir frying them next time instead :) Serve them with flavourful sauce because they are a bit bland, texture is also off but overall easy and not a bad recipe- don't expect Swedish meatballs vibes though, not even close!
