I accidentally added 1 cup instead of 1/2 cup of milk, so I more or less doubled the dough recipe (didn't add the extra 1/2 cup of water). I still ended up kneading in a fair bit more flour to make it not too sticky. I made one batch with the called- for filling and one batch with a light coating of olive oil instead of butter, about a tablespoon of chopped fresh oregano, thyme and rosemary, and 1 oz of grated Parmesan. They came out a little dry, and the sweet ones weren't as flavorful as expected. This is a solid starting recipe and really not as hard as I expected! Next time, probably add more filling and put parchment paper or silicone mat on the baking sheets to prevent sticking.
