Was really good and made quite a bit. Used Goya tomato chicken bouillon cube with the two cups of water instead of the tomato sauce / broth and it had great flavor. Made it in the big skillet and it did stick a tiny bit at the bottom. I feel like this would work with Jasmine rice at long as the liquid ratio was correct. Will definitely make again!
