These are absolutely awesome. I've tried a lot of different chocolate chip cookie recipes but this one is the clear winner for sure. I used my largest cookie scoop (3 Tbsp I think?) and baked for 12 minutes on 350 and they were perfect. I shaped them once I took them out by running a round cookie cutter around the edges just to make them look pretty and wow wow wow. First batch I made I used york peppermint patty chocolate chips and did peanut butter chips for my second batch. The fact that they don't require dough chilling is fabulous. This will be my new go-to recipe. Chewy center and crisp edges, awesome.
