Amazing. Used 1 portion of 2 cup bone broth that was gelatin consistency and added water and Better Than Bouillon lbs to equality recipe listed broth portion for flavor. Added Poultry Seasoning for extra flavor. Used the meat from the crock pot rooster/bone broth. Meat was mostly dark.
