I doubled the recipe, used sun butter and 1/3 total of requested amount almond butter. I also added a light dust of cinnamon and probably 1/4-1/2 tsp of vanilla. I also added some butterscotch chips too! Good. It was pretty moist and still are a day later. I am keeping them with no lid on the container and I would say they tates better the next day. Unlike normal cookies that are excellent out of the oven.
