I made this for a Mother’s Day brunch I had. It was very simple and so tasty! Everybody commented on it. I sliced up the tomatoes and let them sit on a paper towel for a good 20 minutes to absorb all of the water. Make sure you do that or else you’ll have a mushy pastry. This is a great easy recipe for get-togethers. Great for parties, potluck, or football season.
