So I brewed way too much coffee this morning (again ๐) and couldn't bring myself to waste it. So I did something kinda crazy โ I turned it into French toast.
And honestly? It worked SO well.
The coffee gives the custard this deep, toasty flavor that's not too sweet, not too bitter. Just cozy, aromatic, and perfect with fresh berries on top.
Oh and there's a bonus hack at the end โ use the leftover coffee-egg mixture to make a quick coffee pancake. Zero waste, double the yum.
