I used applesauce, nut butter, & 2 tablespoons of honey for sweetner. I added 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract & a teaspoon of vanilla. For added nutrition I also added 1/2 tablespoon of flax meal. Of course, I put in plenty of mini chocolate chips & topped it with some salted caramel granules. Hubby loved it & had no idea it was made from chickpeas. 🩷
