Instead of baking paper or patty cake cases I used silicone moulds to make mini loaves and muffins. Someone mentioned on the reviews to use applesauce instead of oil and worked out perfect! It tastes extra special when you add the butter and sugar cinnamon 😋 This photo is of a double batch, one batch with chopped dates and 2nd batch dark choc chips. Good for school lunchboxes
