I used mini Yukon & red potatoes, which I roasted with a tablespoon of butter & olive oil. I doubled the spices (except the garlic) & added 1/2 teaspoon of paprika. I sautéed a red bell pepper, shallot & fresh mushrooms in a tablespoon of butter, adding more of the spice mix. I'm a vegetarian so I used soy "steak" pieces, adding them to the pan the last few minutes of cooking time. I deglazed the pan with some red wine & garnished with parsley. I let everything "rest" for about 10 minutes then served the steak mixture on top of the potatoes with a side of broccoli. Delicious! 😋
